Welcome to Krista DeLisle Web and Graphic Design! I specialize in creating boutique style website, blogs, and informational designs for small business owners. A great website is one of the basic tools that a small business or blog needs to be successful online.
Shipping

1. Once the client has submitted the initial deposit they will be placed on the waiting list and given an estimated start date however this date can not be guaranteed due to other projects, and other unforeseen incidents.

2. Once your project has been started you will be provided with an estimated date of completion (usually within 30-60 days) and we will work very hard to have your design completed within the time frame estimated. However please note that we cannot guarantee project deadlines since all projects are different. Some may require more time than estimated while others may require less time than estimated, but rest assured we will work as fast as we can to provide you with a quality design that you will love!
Refunds and Exchanges

1. Client Satisfaction: We always do our very best to ensure you are happy with your final product. Should it become apparent that I won’t be able to satisfy your needs, we will discuss reaching mutual agreement that satisfies both parties. This does not mean that a full refund will be issued. Once your design has been installed there will be absolutely no refunds.

2. Cancellations: There are no refunds due to the digital nature of our products and services.
Additional Policies and FAQs

// DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS //
Designs are completed according to the design forms that are filled out by the client in the beginning of the design process. Your quote is only valid for what is listed on the design forms. If you decided you would like to add additional functionality or add on designs that were not stated in the original design forms before , during the process of working on your site, or after site installation the client will be required to submit additional payment and will have to submit a new quote request form with the included services/functionality that they would like added. Emails sent to me before, during, or after the design process asking for additional items will be void until you have submitted a new quote request form. Please be sure you have filled out the first questionnaires sent to you as thorough as possible and included everything you would like in your design otherwise it may take longer to complete your project and may cost you more than expected to add features as we go.

// BROWSER COMPATIBILITY//
Our designs will work in the most current Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox Browsers. Please make sure you have updated your browser and have the most recent version available.

// REVISIONS //
The client is allowed 2 Major rounds of revisions. If this is amount is exceeded the client will pay a standard fee of $30/hr.

// COPYRIGHTS //
Nothing on this website is public domain. My designs may not be altered, or modified in anyway without prior permission to do so. You may not create any new images from my work. If you need additional items to match you design you must purchase them from ritzydesign.com

// DESIGN CREDIT //
You may not alter, modify or remove the link back to our website that is placed in the footer of your design. If you should need it removed there will be a $100 additional fee.

//  PORTFOLIO //
I reserve the right to use your graphics in my portfolio as a representation of my past work experience.

// CLIENT COMMUNICATION //
If we are unable to communicate with a client for a period of 14 days the project will be cancelled and all payments made will be forfeited.

// CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY //
It is your responsibility to make sure you have read our terms before making a payment. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to ask before you have finalized your order.
